Today’s workout went well. I was dragging my butt because I wasn’t feeling much like working out. But, like Michelle said “just do it and you’ll be glad you did.” She was right of course. The workout went quite well. I felt like I could keep going but I had run out of time. Unfortunately, I hit my 3 miles at 46 minutes. My goal was to hit it in 45. This is the second time I’ve come close. That’s alright though. I’ll get there soon!
The gym was quite busy. I guess most everyone takes Monday off and makes it up on Tuesdays!
