I took Thursday off from working out in hopes that my feet would get better. They’re still bothering me. I also bought some flip flops to take the pressure off of my heels for a bit. So far, they seem to be doing pretty good. This afternoon I’ll put my shoes back on and see if I think I can hit CrossFit this afternoon.
Last Saturday I did my first weekend WOD and it was brutal. Now, they have the pictures up of the session on their website.
